CANCELLATION POLICY     

At Signatureshaven, operated by Pixelbazzar Online Private Limited, we strive to offer a smooth and convenient shopping experience. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Pixelbazzar Online Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” represent our customers. We understand that circumstances may change, and cancellations for men’s or women’s accessories may be necessary. The following guidelines explain how cancellation requests are handled.    

Cancelling Orders Before Dispatch  

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment, whichever occurs first    
   
• Cancellation requests must be sent by emailing our customer support team    
   
• Upon approval, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders Already Shipped  

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled    
   
• After delivery, items may be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy  

Modifications to Orders  

• Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed once an order is placed    
   
• To make modifications, the current order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order placed
